Sundays are a mix of ultra relaxing and anxious. It's that unique day that has us savoring the last juicy bits of our weekend while gearing up mentally for the busy days ahead. Yesterday, as I stopped by my favorite cafe for espresso I was smitten by how gorgeous it was outside. Immediately I opted to skip my normal hot yoga class in favour of a lakeside walk and time with my girls. So worth it. It wasn't the intense sweat session I've come to know and love, but in lieu of my strenuous vinyasa routine I was greeted with giggles from my daughters, beautiful views and pitch perfect weather.
